Yes, each item is 100% authentic, shipped with original tags, and sourced exclusively from certified suppliers and authorized distributors.
📦 What are the delivery timeframes?
All items are shipped from approved European warehouses. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
  • EU: Express 1–3 days / Standard 3–5 days
  • Outside EU: Express 3–4 days / Standard 5–6 days
🔄 Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
For your return to be accepted, the item must be:
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Complete with all tags and original packaging
📸 How do I request a return?

Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and tags.
Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
🚚 Which carriers can I use for returns?
All returns must be shipped via an approved tracked carrier:
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
Returns sent via standard postal services without tracking or unauthorized carriers will not be accepted.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return by our logistics team:
